My life's passion has always been sewing. After raising my children, I decided that it was time to do something for me. I came across the costume construction degree and thought it looked amazing. I was nervous about signing up, as I didn't think I was good enough to do the written  side of the course, and being a maturer student I was worried that I would be the only person my age. Once I've completed my degree, I would love to set up my own business making costumes, especially for Cos players and steam punk these are areas I feel I would have a lot of fun with.
